Each child is special!

Our karate program is aimed towards children from 3 years old and above, and it is special because:

• training is done by age groups, taking into account the specificities of each child
• the children will have a five Dan rank teacher with special training, much experience and tact in working with children
• focuses on development in children:
• self confidence, self esteem
• perseverance, self-discovery, self-coordination
• good movement, reflexes, flexibility
• dedication, responsibility, team spirit and friendship

• our approach is a non-violent one, allowing children to develop their full potential in each rate
• is open to all children, both the athletic and energetic, as well as the shy, low confidence children (some extra reasons to work on their self-confidence)
• our style of karate teaches children and adults to think instead of panic in any potential situation of danger or everyday scenario, and how to properly react immediately
